A brochure that turns pages
The flipbook viewer presents a listing the way the print brochure does - full-bleed spreads, page-turn and all - in any browser, on any phone at the kerb.
QR codes on the signage
Every link comes with a downloadable QR code. Put it on the For Sale board, the window card, and the printed one-pager - every scan opens the tracked brochure.
Leads from brochure views
Put a lead capture form in front of the brochure and every interested buyer leaves a name and email before page one - straight into your dashboard, CSV export for the CRM.
Interest you can measure
Per-page readership shows who lingered on the floor plan, who returned three times, and who bounced off the asking price - the difference between a browser and a buyer.
From window card to warm lead
A property brochure works hardest when you can no longer see the person reading it - stuck to a window, printed on a flyer, forwarded from spouse to spouse. Shared as a static PDF attachment, all of that activity is invisible. Shared as a FileDroppr link, every route into the brochure feeds one readership report: the QR scan at the kerb on a Sunday evening, the email link from the portal enquiry, the forward to the co-buyer.
The QR code matters more than it first appears. A passer-by at the sign is the warmest possible audience - they are literally standing at the property - and a scan is the only way they can take the brochure home. FileDroppr QR codes are stable PNGs tied to the link, so the same board artwork keeps working even as you update the brochure behind it.
The workflow, feature by feature
- Upload the brochure, pick flipbook mode. The designed PDF you already produce for print becomes the interactive version - no rebuild, no separate microsite.
- Print the QR code everywhere. Signboard, window card, flyer, portal listing. Scans are tracked as their own source, so you learn which placement actually pulls.
- Gate it with a lead form (Pro). Name, email, phone - your choice of up to five fields. Serious buyers trade details for the full brochure; the readership report attaches their reading behaviour to the contact.
- Work the readership before the follow-up. Returning readers and long floor-plan dwell times are your call-first list. A viewing-day link that has burned through its view budget tells you demand outstripped the slot.
One brochure, always current
Listings change - price reductions, new photography, an under-offer banner. Because the link is the product, you update the PDF and every QR code, email, and portal link already in the world serves the new version. Nothing is reprinted except nothing: the board at the property keeps working.
For agencies, Pro adds the finish: the viewer carries your branding and accent colour, the link lives on your own domain, and GA4 integration folds brochure traffic into the marketing reporting you already run.
Real estate brochure questions.
How do I put a property brochure behind a QR code?
Upload the brochure PDF to FileDroppr and download the QR code that comes with the link. Print it on the signboard, window card, or flyer - every scan opens the brochure as a flipbook in the browser, and scans appear in your readership report as their own source.
Can I capture buyer details from the brochure?
Yes - with a lead capture form (Pro), readers enter their details before the brochure opens: up to five fields, email validated server-side. Captured leads land in your dashboard with their reading behaviour attached, and export to CSV for your CRM.
What does the readership report tell me about buyers?
When each reader opened the brochure, which pages they viewed and for how long, whether they returned, and how they arrived (QR scan, email, portal). Long dwell on the floor plan and repeat visits are the classic signals of a serious buyer.
What happens when the listing changes?
Update the PDF behind the link and every QR code and shared link serves the new version immediately. Printed boards, window cards, and portal links all stay current without reprinting anything.
Can the brochure carry our agency branding?
On Pro, yes - your logo, accent colour, and a custom CTA button on the viewer, plus the link on your own domain. GA4 integration is available if your marketing team wants brochure traffic in their own reporting.
Put the next listing on a link.
Upload the brochure, print the QR code, and know exactly which buyers read it - before the follow-up call.
