Your brand, front and centre
Put your logo, your colour, and your call-to-action on the document itself - and take FileDroppr’s badging off. The reader sees your brand around the pages, not ours.

Your logo, placed
Upload your logo and set its position and size in the viewer toolbar. It sits with the document on every device, so a client deck opens under your mark, not a generic one.
Colour & theme
Set an accent colour that carries through buttons and highlights, and choose a light or dark toolbar theme to match your brand - so the frame around the pages looks like it belongs to you.
A call-to-action button
Add a CTA button to the viewer with your own label, URL, style, and position - "Book a call", "See pricing", "Get in touch" - and every click is tracked, so the document becomes a channel, not a dead end.
Badging off
Remove FileDroppr badging entirely. The viewer reads as yours end to end, which is exactly what a client presentation, a lookbook, or an agency deliverable needs.
The frame around the pages should be yours
A shared document is judged the moment it opens, and most viewers open under someone else’s brand - a stranger’s logo in the corner, a generic toolbar, a "powered by" line at the bottom. For a client deck or a lookbook that undercuts the work before the first page is read. FileDroppr’s branded viewer lets you own the whole frame: your logo, your accent colour, your toolbar theme, your badge placement, and no FileDroppr marks anywhere.
Branding lives on the link, so the same document can open plainly for an internal draft and fully branded for the client version - no re-export. It pairs naturally with a custom domain: serve the document from docs.yourcompany.com and the URL, the frame, and the pages all carry one identity, with no seam for the reader to notice.
What you can brand
- Logo, position and size. Upload your logo and choose where it sits in the toolbar and how large it appears - understated or prominent, your call.
- Accent colour. Pick the colour that runs through the viewer’s buttons and highlights so the interface matches your palette rather than ours.
- Light or dark toolbar. Choose the toolbar theme that flatters the work - a dark frame for photography and lookbooks, a light one for reports and decks.
- Badge position. Decide where the branding badge sits, or take it out of the corners entirely - the layout is yours to arrange.
- A custom CTA button. Set the label, destination URL, button style, and position of a call-to-action on the viewer. Every click is tracked, so you can see the document driving the next step.
- FileDroppr badging removed. Switch off our badging so nothing on the page points back to us - the viewer is a white-label surface for your brand alone.
For agencies, decks, and lookbooks
Branded viewing is what turns a shared PDF into a deliverable. An agency hands clients work that opens under the agency’s mark; a sales team sends a deck framed in company colours with a "Book a call" button on every page; a studio presents a lookbook in a dark, distraction-free frame that lets the photography carry the room. In each case the branding is not decoration - it is the difference between a document that looks sent and one that looks published.
Branding also composes with the way the document reads. Style the frame, then present the pages as a page-turning flipbook that turns like print, or make them an interactive PDF experience with links and hotspots - one branded surface, however you choose to show the work.
Branded viewer questions.
Can I put my own logo on the PDF viewer?
Yes. Upload your logo and set its position and size in the viewer toolbar. Combined with your accent colour, a light or dark theme, badge placement, and a custom call-to-action button, the viewer reads as your brand around the document rather than a generic one.
Can I remove FileDroppr branding?
Yes. The branded viewer lets you switch off FileDroppr badging entirely, so nothing on the page points back to us. The result is a white-label surface - exactly what a client deck, an agency deliverable, or a lookbook needs.
What is the call-to-action button?
It is a button you add to the viewer with your own label, destination URL, style, and position - for example "Book a call" or "See pricing". Every click is tracked in your readership report, so the document becomes a channel that drives the next step instead of a dead end.
Does branding work with a custom domain?
It pairs perfectly. Serve the document from your own domain, such as docs.yourcompany.com, and combine it with viewer branding so the URL, the frame, and the pages all carry one identity with no visible seam. The two features are designed to be used together.
Can the same document be branded for some links and plain for others?
Branding is configured per document, so you can keep an internal draft plain and turn on full branding for the client-facing version without re-exporting the file. Change the frame any time; the pages stay the same.
Which plan includes viewer branding?
Custom viewer branding - logo, accent colour, theme, badge control, the CTA button, and badging removal - is a Pro feature ($29/month). Pro also includes custom domains, which pair naturally with branded viewing.
